This Privacy Policy outlines StudyChamp's (" we ", " our " or " the Company ") practices with respect to information collected from users who access our website at  www.studychamp.co.za  (" Site "), or otherwise share personal information with us (collectively: " Users ").

We regret that if there are one or more points below with which you are not happy, your only recourse is to leave our website immediately.

Retention periods will be determined taking into account the type of information that is collected and the purpose for which it is collected, bearing in mind the requirements applicable to the situation and the need to destroy outdated, unused information at the earliest reasonable time. We may rectify, replenish or remove incomplete or inaccurate information, at any time and at our own discretion.

7.2. We do not keep all your data, so as to prevent the possibility of our duplicating a transaction without a new instruction from you.

7.3. Access to your information is restricted to authorised staff only.

7.4. If we ask you questions about your financial information, we shall show partial detail, only enough to identify the card(s) to which we refer.

We understand the importance of protecting children’s privacy, especially in an online environment. Certain areas of our website are designed for use by children over 7 years of age. We collect data about all users of and visitors to these areas regardless of age, and we anticipate that some of those users and visitors will be children. Such child users and visitors will inevitably visit other parts of the website and will be subject to whatever on-site marketing they find, wherever they visit.
